The subject of the present research project, titled “Smart Software for Optimizing Shifts and Duty Rosters through Advanced Algorithms and Big Data Analysis”, is the development of the SmartShift platform. The project will target organizations and businesses operating with rotating schedules and/or 24/7 operations. The scheduling and shift planning software will leverage modern technologies, algorithms, and AI tools, contributing to improved scheduling processes, better service to citizens, and the creation of a fair and balanced schedule tailored to the needs of employees.
Within the framework of utilizing artificial intelligence technologies, the application will incorporate a virtual assistant (Chatbot), providing immediate and accurate information to citizens. Additionally, optimization algorithms and machine learning techniques will be employed to ensure the application’s optimal efficiency and performance.
